Once settled into your chosen cottage, relax in our
spacious lounges, all located upstairs to maximise
on the views of the surrounding farmed countryside.
The fitted kitchens give you the space to
prepare quality foods which can be bought at
local farm outlets all within a few miles. If
you prefer to eat out there are many local pubs
and restaurants offering good food. Travelling
slightly further is Eccleshall, Stone and
Newcastle which have many fine dining
restaurants.
The cottages have been deliberately designed
with the daytime living quarters (lounge and
kitchen) on the upper floor to benefit from the
extensive use of roof lights. This means that
they are lit by as much natural light as
possible, reducing the need for electric
lights. There is underfloor heating in all
cottages.
Whilst the accommodation is not suitable for
full disabled access, some measure have been
included to assist less able bodied guests i.e
contrasting sockets on walls for easy location,
mid height ovens and hand rails on both sides
down the stairwell to assist ascent and descent.
